Florida since 1993. We are honored to be the longest standing
fitness center in Boca Raton. We pride ourselves on offering the safest and
most exciting group fitness programs throughout Palm Beach County. Our
spacious group fitness exercise floor is 1,000 square feet offering exceptional floor space
for classes. |

Because we are a co-ed health and fitness center,
Powerhouse Gym of Boca Raton specializes in programs to
meet the needs of both men and women of all ages, shapes, and
sizes. No matter what your individual fitness goals,
Powerhouse Gym of Boca will design and implement
an exercise program that works for you! |

Not only do we offer
more than 40 group fitness
classes each week, we also offer cardiovascular machines such as: Life
Fitness®
treadmills, Life Fitness® recumbent bikes, Life Fitness®
elliptical trainers and StairMasters®
Step Mills, Cybex® Arc Trainers, and
StairMaster® PT 4000 Stair Climbers, all of which provide excellent cardiovascular
benefits and burn high calories. |

On our
main exercise floor we offer free weights and resistance machines such
as: Icarian®, Free Motion®, Body Masters®, and Hammer Strength®. |

in the Plum Park Plaza at 141 NW 20th Street
just West of Dixie Highway and just East of Boca Raton Blvd (2nd
