warmed up, worked-out, and then stretched to tighten and reshape

workout focusing on light weights and high repetitions using body
bars and resistance bands. Increase your strength and improve your

exercises to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Pilates will help
define all muscles groups by aligning the body and eliminating
excess tension and strain placed upon the joints. Pilates promotes

REP REEBOK®:
60 minute program to build muscular strength, muscular endurance and
athletic power. Get stronger, build bone density, tone and define
your body. Resistance training program that rotates through
endurance, strength and power cycles. |

SPIN: 60 minute heart pumping
cardiovascular workout, taught on stationary bikes. You will
simulate climbing and sprinting while exercising to incredible
music. This is definitely a fat burner. |

TAI CHI: 60 minute class using
easy weight lifts and balance movements to activate the body's
energy. These gentle movements will quickly deliver amazing energy
and great health benefits. |

YOGA: 60 minutes of synchronized
movements linking breathing patterns and posture techniques to
