Class Descriptions

 

ABS: 30 minute workout of the abdominal and lower back designed to sculpt your middle body.

 

BARBELL PUMP & BODY SCULPT: 60 minute body shaping class which incorporates hand weights, body bars, and resistance bands creating a total body workout.

 
BELLY DANCE: Have fun while burning calories, working up a sweat and toning muscles you never knew you had to sculpt, define, & strengthen your core!
 
BELOW THE BELT: (25 min) Sculpt & ton from the waist down in a variety of different ways.
 
BODY SCULPT: A body shaping class using hands weights, body bars, and bands for a total body workout.
 
BOOT CAMP: Work your entire body in this non-stop calorie burning class incorporating calisthenics, strength & serious heart pumping exercises. In this class, anything goes!
 

EXERCISE FUSION: 60 minute unique form of exercise using precise movements. Each muscle group is warmed up, worked-out, and then stretched to tighten and reshape your body. This class will increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. All ages and levels of fitness welcome!

 

GET RIPPED: 60 minute intense workout focusing on light weights and high repetitions using body bars and resistance bands. Increase your strength and improve your definition while working on muscle endurance.

 

HI-LO AEROBICS: This is the classic floor exercise with high and low impact moves, mixed with lots of options, Allowing you to jump high or just bounce in your step. The goal is to get you moving while having fun doing it!

 
KICKBOX: Burn maximum calories through a variety of kicks, punches, and drills in this non-stop total body cardio workout.
 

MUSCLE MADNESS: 60 minute sculpting class integrating 3 classes into 1. Abs & Buns, Toning, and Core Workout. Come see what's happening this week! 

 

PILATES MAT: 60 minute series of exercises to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Pilates will help define all muscles groups by aligning the body and eliminating excess tension and strain placed upon the joints. Pilates promotes overall physical and mental well-being.

 

REP REEBOK®: 60 minute program to build muscular strength, muscular endurance and athletic power. Get stronger, build bone density, tone and define your body. Resistance training program that rotates through endurance, strength and power cycles.

 

SPIN: 60 minute heart pumping cardiovascular workout, taught on stationary bikes. You will simulate climbing and sprinting while exercising to incredible music. This is definitely a fat burner.

 

TAI CHI: 60 minute class using easy weight lifts and balance movements to activate the body's energy. These gentle movements will quickly deliver amazing energy and great health benefits.

 

YOGA: 60 minutes of synchronized movements linking breathing patterns and posture techniques to increase flexibility and strength while reducing stress. All levels of fitness welcome.

 

ZUMBA®: Learn basic influenced Latin dance moves in a aerobics workout. Enjoy the dance styles of Salsa, Meranga, Cha cha cha, all while getting fit. Perfect for beginners to intermediate.
